Lead the development of residential projects from planning and design through approvals, construction monitoring, and handover.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and major master developers, particularly NHC.
Manage direct coordination with NHC and ensure compliance with their development processes and requirements.
Review designs, floor plans, and product concepts to ensure alignment with project objectives and market requirements.
Develop and maintain business plans, financial models, budgets, timelines, and project feasibility.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, risks, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Support the Design team and ensure the project vision and development strategy are achieved.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on product mix, pricing, and sales strategy.
Lead stakeholder communication and provide clear project updates, recommendations, and presentations to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Architecture background is preferred; Engineering or other relevant educational backgrounds may also be considered.
Relevant experience in Real Estate Development, typically 6+ years, with focus on the quality and relevance of the candidate’s experience.
Previous experience working on NHC projects is a must.
Direct experience coordinating with the NHC Development Team and acting as the main Point of Contact between the Real Estate Developer and NHC is required.
Experience in residential real estate development projects.
Experience specifically within the Development function.
Candidates whose experience is primarily in Construction Management, Project Management, Design Management, Consulting, or Contracting are not suitable.
Strong exposure to the real estate development sector, with a focus on residential real estate projects, particularly Villas and Apartments.
Strong English communication skills and good Arabic understanding are required.
