Job Purpose:
Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the company compound, ensuring accommodation facilities are maintained, safe, clean, and properly managed while supporting employees’ accommodation needs
Key Accountability:
- Oversee daily operations of employee compounds, including accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and general services.
- Manage occupancy, room allocation, employee movements, and housing capacity across assigned compounds.
- Coordinate with contractors, landlords, service providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee concerns, operational issues, incidents, and emergencies while monitoring service quality and contractor performance.
