Job Title: Licensed Lawyer / Legal Advisor
Nationality: Saudi (Mandatory requirement for litigation licenses)
Department: Legal Department General Job Objective:
Handling all legal affairs of the company/firm, representing it before judicial and government authorities, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice to protect business interests and ensure compliance with the regulations and laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Representing the company and litigating on its behalf before courts of various levels (General, Commercial, Labor, Administrative) and quasi-judicial committees.
• Preparing and drafting statements of claim, responses, objections, appeals, and litigation documents.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding (internal and external) and verifying their legal validity.
• Providing legal counsel to senior management and other departments to ensure that decisions are consistent with Saudi regulations.
• Monitoring updates to regulations and laws issued by legislative bodies (such as the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Human Resources, and the Experts Bureau).
• Handling legal procedures for company formation, amending articles of association, and administrative resolutions.

Required Qualifications and Conditions:

• Nationality: Saudi national.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia from a recognized university.
• Licenses: A valid law practice license issued by the Saudi Ministry of Justice.
• Experience: Practical experience of no less than 3 to 5 years in legal practice or corporate law.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of the Saudi Companies Law, Labor Law, Commercial Law, and the Law of Sharia Pleadings.
