Job Summary

  • Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project
  • Handle claims variations and contractual correspondence
  • Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors
  • Monitor project costs risks and commercial performance
  • Support project leadership in dispute resolution and cost control

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or related field
  • 1015 years experience in contracts/commercial roles
  • Contracting / construction industry experience is mandatory
  • Strong experience in GCC/KSA construction environment
  • Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts claims and variations
  • Experience in building / fit-out / MEP projects preferred

Note: Immediate joining required

The candidate should be residing in KSA and has a valid iqama.
