Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for New Markets Communication activities Lead the Coordination of comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote stc Group New Markets and its subsidiaries' brands within the group and beyond the borders of Saudi Arabia, ensure consistent messaging and brand identity, with the alignment of stc Group Corporate Communication and Contribute positive brand reputation outside of Saudi Arabia in alignment with Corporate Communication. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure. Job Responsibility Lead the Coordination of comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote stc Group New Markets and its subsidiaries' brands within the group and beyond the borders of Saudi Arabia, ensure consistent messaging and brand identity, with the alignment of stc Group Corporate Communication. Facilitate successful communication expansion of stc Group into new markets by focusing on marketing & communication strategies, ensure consistent branding across all international markets, with the alignment of stc Corporate Communication & Strategy Excellence Oversee the development of New Markets BU international messages content (editorial, publications, newsletters ) to support and align with Corporate Communication efforts Oversee brand strategy alignment for NM subsidiaries with stc Group brand management team. Manage global reputation and ensures unified and consistent brand guidelines for current new markets portfolio of subsidiaries & OPCos Contribute positive brand reputation outside of Saudi Arabia in alignment with Corporate Communication Conduct market research through GP&A to tailor marketing communication strategies to each international market, coordinating with Corporate Communications to share insights and align messaging. Contribute to gain a competitive advantage in new markets through effective marketing communication, with the alignment of stc Group Strategy Unit of the broader competitive positioning. Collaborate throughout crises and reputation-threatening situation, ensuring a unified and coordinated response of stc Group, with the alignment of stc Group Corporate Communication Define and monitor KPIs of marketing communication efforts in new markets, reporting the impact of expansion goals, while with the alignment of stc Group Strategy Unit metrics.
