Is responsible for running and documenting the equipment commissioning tests performed on site (SAT Report) as agreed with the Site Works Coordinator or Site Director or ProjectManager;- Manages, leads or performs commissioning tests and operations in conformance with the safety regulations and the powers conferred upon him; Manages checking the measurement instruments, reports any non-conformances, Customer reservations and records the modifications required on the drawings (annotations);- Submits reports to the Site Works manager / Coordinator or Project Manager;- In case of need is able to propose/advise/assess the minimum quantity of commissioning Spare Parts needed on sit 1. Commissioning - Implementation of Tests Responsible for the proper execution of testing and commissioning activities for equipment supplied under the contract. Perform testing and commissioning activities in accordance with the schedule established by the Site Works Manager/Coordinator or Project Manager. Review, validate, and implement necessary updates to the comprehensive commissioning plan. Make decisions on technical matters related to equipment commissioning and provide direction to the commissioning engineers accordingly. 2. Commissioning - Test Documentation Record all measurements and test results in the designated documentation. Ensure test records are signed and validated by the customer or the customer's on-site representative who attended or approved the tests. 3. Commissioning - Test Tools and Equipment Verification Verify that all measurement instruments and testing equipment used on-site are valid, calibrated, and properly maintained. Notify the Site Works Manager/Coordinator before calibration certificates expire or if any equipment is found to be in poor condition. Follow established procedures for tracking and monitoring tool conditions through the "Tools Track" system. 4. Commissioning - Detection and Reporting of Non-Conformances Report any non-conformances and customer reservations to the Site Works Manager/Coordinator or Project Manager using the appropriate NCR and Site Report templates. Record and report all identified punch list items using the designated reporting tools and templates. Update the event tracker regularly to document issues, observations, and site-related events as require 5. Reporting of Commissioning and Maintenance Activities Provide regular (weekly) reports to the Site Works Manager/Coordinator or Project Manager, including timesheets, spent hours, and site-related costs. Propose and implement corrective actions when required, in line with site reporting procedures. Work closely with the Technical Leader (Corporate Office) and the execution team. Regularly assess project risks and provide the Project Manager or Site Works Manager/Coordinator with mitigation plans and corrective actions. 6.Coordination of Commissioning Team and Subcontractors Organize and support the commissioning team. Coordinate subcontractors and approve their progress reports. Notify external stakeholders (Client, Third Parties, etc.) in a timely manner for required tests and inspections. Report any organizational requirements or manpower needs necessary to achieve installation and commissioning objectives. Attend and actively participate in regular commissioning meetings led by the Client, Project Management Team, or Site Team. 7.Application of Safety Regulations Perform work within the assigned authorization level. Apply all safety regulations and use required safety equipment and devices. Report any safety breaches or irregularities immediately. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and Schneider Electric safety standards. Participate in work preparation and planning activities. Prepare or verify the availability of a safety plan before commencing work. Manage safety aspects with the customer throughout project execution. Ensure work complies with: Standing Safety Procedures Site Safety Instructions Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Risk Assessment requirements Exercise the right to stop work in the event of imminent danger. Apply and enforce all safety rules and regulations with subcontractors. Strictly follow Schneider Electric Global Safety Instructions and local country-specific safety requirements. 8.Update of Business Information Systems Update expenses and charges using Schneider Electric standard tools. Maintain and update customer equipment databases when applicable. 9.Commissioning Documentation and As-Built Updates Record all modifications made to approved construction drawings. Ensure drawings are updated for conversion to "As-Built" status upon project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology (minimum). Fluent English (C1 level). Additional languages are considered an advantage. Proficient in: MS Office Suite Adobe Acrobat AutoCAD Outlook Omicron testing software Protection relay setting software Advanced knowledge of: Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) equipment Power stations and electrical power systems Modern technologies and commissioning test principles Experience with competitor equipment such as ABB and Siemens is an advantage. Schneider Electric Product Knowledge (Preferred) Medium Voltage Switchgear: Premset MCset PIX Protection Relays: SEPAM MiCOM Easergy UPS Systems: APC Symmetra Low Voltage Distribution: Blokset Okken Prisma 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience on LV and/or MV equipment. Experience working: On site, or In an electro-mechanical design office Minimum 5 months of relevant field/design office exposure. Flexibility and reliability. Strong attention to technical details.
