Promote and sell travel packages, air tickets, hotel bookings, visas, and related tourism services. Prepare tailored proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals. Work with the marketing team on campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotional activities. Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly, providing practical solutions that protect customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to keep the company's products competitive. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Guide and support sales team members where applicable. Develop and execute sales plans that align with HR objectives and overall company targets. Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and recruitment agencies. Lead and coach a small sales team, tracking performance and providing regular feedback. Collaborate with HR to design employee incentive programs that boost sales productivity. Monitor travel and tourism market trends to adjust tactics and stay competitive. Prepare and present sales forecasts, KPI dashboards, and performance reports to senior management. Negotiate contracts and service agreements in both English and Arabic. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate promotional campaigns, webinars, and events showcasing maintenance s services. Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma from IATA or any related qualification in Travel and Tourism. Experience: Minimum of 2 3 years of relevant experience in travel and tourism sales. Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
