Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria. Monitor project performance, track progress, and adjust plans as needed. Identify and manage project risks, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and best practices. Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering sector. Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing environments. Experience with large-scale hospitality and mixed-use projects is a must.
