About the role: To supervise the activities of Supply Planning Supervisors ensuring that they plan and control stock levels/availability of all materials and ingredients required for their designated portfolio within the CPP manufacturing environment, this will be achieved by using SAP and analyzing the required service levels/working capital budget and taking into consideration delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, available storage etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Supply Planning Supervisors’ activities and deliverables are completed effectively and on time.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to maintain agreed packaging and ingredient stock levels.
• Liaise closely with Operations and Purchasing teams to resolve supply issues and manage impacts on material requirement planning (MRP).
• Manage assigned working capital within budget by maintaining optimal stock levels through detailed planning and regular review.
• Schedule deliveries from local suppliers, taking into account warehouse capacity and space constraints.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and full optimization of the Blow and Injection Moulding facility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in MRP within a supply planning environment.
• Previous experience working in an FMCG environment.
• English fluency
