Supervise and manage civil maintenance works within the Royal Terminal.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and external areas.
Identify civil maintenance requirements and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure all civil works comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance.
Monitor work progress, quality, and completion schedules.
Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Review drawings, technical documents, and method statements.
Prepare maintenance reports, work orders, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with facility management, maintenance, and other departments.
Identify and resolve civil and site-related issues.
Monitor materials and ensure proper utilization and availability.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and airport procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in civil maintenance and facility management.
Experience in maintenance of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing, repair, and maintenance.
Experience in supervising contractors and subcontractors.
Good knowledge of HSE requirements and safety standards.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance activities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Experience in airport, hospitality, or high-end facilities is an advantage
