Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position leads the development and execution of marketing strategies across Click Investment’s portfolio sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing marketing planning, managing campaigns, guiding market research, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to support growth targets. The Marketing Director will define and monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets, and optimize channels and messaging for different audiences and markets. The role also includes mentoring marketing team members, collaborating with external agencies and partners, and contributing to executive-level decisions related to market expansion and brand development.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies, including Marketing and Marketing Management.
• Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to assess opportunities, audience segments, and competitive positioning.
• Demonstrated capability in aligning Marketing and Sales efforts to drive revenue growth and support portfolio performance.
• Proven leadership experience in a director-level or senior marketing role, ideally within investment, multi-business, or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in interpreting data, setting KPIs, and using insights to refine campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies, with a focus on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Saudi and regional markets, including digital and traditional channels, and relevant regulatory and cultural contexts.
