Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee talent acquisition to attract high-quality, stable candidates
• Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
• Manage compensation & benefits structure and benchmarking
• Support leadership in organizational restructuring and workforce planning
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and mentor the HR team

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role
• Career Stability: Proven track record of long-term tenure (non-job hopper)
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
• Education:MBA in Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent

Certifications (Highly Preferred)

• Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
• Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP)
• AIHR Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR Certifications)
