Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Review and follow up on customer accounts and ensure the accuracy of balances.
• Follow up on key account and corporate clients and update their financial data.
• Reconcile collections and payments with invoices and accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and match account statements regularly.
• Monitor revenues and record financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare periodic reports related to customer accounts and revenues.
• Monitor online store operations and reconcile sales and collection processes.
• Participate in monthly and annual closing activities and prepare necessary entries and adjustments.
• Follow up on customer balances and communicate regarding discrepancies or due amounts.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in accounting.
• Experience in customer accounts and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good skills in financial analysis and reporting.
• Accuracy, organization, and the ability to follow up on financial details.
