Job Title: Site Engineer (Fit-Out)
Experience Required: 35 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer with fit-out experience to support daily site operations and ensure the successful execution of interior fit-out works in accordance with project specifications quality standards and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper execution of fit-out works including finishes joinery doors ceilings and flooring.
- Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure safe execution of site activities.
- Inspect delivered materials and verify compliance with approved specifications.
- Monitor material availability and report shortages.
- Coordinate equipment allocation and utilization on site.
- Support coordination between subcontractors and project teams.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of mock-ups.
- Report progress risks delays and site issues to the Construction Manager / Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or related field.
- 35 years of experience in fit-out construction projects.
- Fit-out construction experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of finishes joinery ceilings flooring and interior works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- GCC experience preferred.

The candidate should be residing in KSA and has a valid iqama.
