About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on promoting brand awareness and maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote internal and external awareness of the brand image.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to upsell customers and offer enhancements for an improved Marriott experience or event.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours before scheduling tours for Marriott vacation club properties.
• Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests as a token of appreciation (*, rewards points, show tickets).
• Answer guest inquiries regarding property facilities and services.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.

Operational Duties

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs, expressing genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Additional Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors, contributing to the overall success of the team and adherence to Marriott International's service standards.
