About the Role

Imdad is seeking a Biomedical Engineer to join their team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing essential technical support and services to Imdad's clients, focusing on the installation, adjustment, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment. The position is suitable for Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance procedures in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Imdad's Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Develop and maintain professional business relationships with customers.
• Ensure proper reporting using various forms related to field calls, including FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce, and supplier reports, with clear and concise messages and solutions.
• Consult with and follow instructions from superiors regarding technical tasks.
• Develop personal technical skills through commitment and by seeking assistance from superiors.
• Maintain a safe working environment both in the office and at customer sites.
• Convey and report service contract opportunities to the department head.
• Promote Imdad's service contracts in adherence to the established sales plan.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0-2 years of service experience.
• Minimum score of 80% in Imdad's Technical exam.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence at client locations and the Imdad office. The role involves working within a technical support team to deliver high-quality services.
