Architectural Engineer – Landscape

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring landscape works including hardscape interlock irrigation softscape planting and related works ensuring that all activities are executed according to approved drawings specifications quality standards and project schedules.

Bachelors degree in Architecture Landscape Architecture or a related field.

68 years of relevant experience.

Strong specialization and experience in Landscape Architecture.

Proven experience in landscape and site development projects.

Experience in hardscape interlock irrigation softscape planting and related works.

Good knowledge of landscape materials construction methods and technical specifications.

Experience in reviewing landscape drawings shop drawings and technical documents.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other relevant software is preferred.

Experience in site supervision and coordination with contractors and consultants.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

Supervise and monitor the execution of hardscape interlock irrigation softscape planting and landscaping works.

Review and verify landscape drawings shop drawings specifications and material submittals.

Ensure all landscape works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of executed works.

Coordinate with contractors consultants and other project teams.

Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.

Identify and resolve technical issues related to landscape works.

Review materials and ensure they comply with approved specifications.

Prepare and review site reports and technical documentation.

Ensure proper coordination between landscape irrigation civil and other related works.

Follow up on interlock paving irrigation systems planting and other landscape activities throughout the project.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in construction supervision projects Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and project reporting tools Excellent analytical communication and coordination skills Ability to join immediately

Required Education:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalentMinimum 8 years of total experienceMinimum one years of GCC experience
