Brief Description:

The ERP Application Development provides support to Oracle Applications that support all Business line like HRMS, Financial, Procurement and logistic areas.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge in a full life cycle implementations of EBS suite preferably in HCM.

Expert knowledge and experience of EBS suites different Application/modules.

Expert knowledge of Oracle EBS suite interface and integration within EBS suites and with external applications, Oracle EBS suite (GL, AP,AR,FA and SCM).

Experience in Oracle HCM or Hyperion would a plus.

Defining all Applications teams (HRMS, FIN, PO, INV, OM …..).

Setting the relation between oracle applications teams.

Problems classification and assignment to appropriate team.

Monitoring applications high level Plans and approving the detailed plans and setting the time frame, resources availability and risk factors.

Managing Vendors for all oracle applications Projects and monitoring technical deliverable.

Reporting Projects status to high management.

Coordinate with other area team leaders for any integration with them.

Communication:

Internal: IT Division/All Oracle Modules. Relative Business Division.

External: Oracle Corporation/Oracle Applications Projects vendors/Third-party and external vendors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered).

Prior leadership experience in a technology company is a must.

High level of Arabic and English interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.

Experience:

Candidates must have 6+ years of Technical Development management experience, with at least 4+ years as an Oracle practitioner, including planning, installation, configuration and implementation of enterprise-wide, server-based computing environments.

Running many full cycle implementations in all oracle Tracks

Using Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)

Has good Knowledge in implementing Function and Technical Issue

Has good Technical Knowledge to deal with application Database Schema, using pl/SQL, xml publisher, oracle discoverer, oracle form builder, oracle report builder and application framework personalization.

Capable of running oracle in-house implementations.

Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures
