Job description
An exceptional Hostess is sought to provide an outstanding experience for our guests. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors with a smile and directing them to their tables upon arrival.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Welcoming visitors with a smile and directing them to their tables upon arrival.
- Reservation Management: Organizing and arranging the daily reservation list intelligently to ensure smooth service.
- Waiting Management: Courteously interacting with guests during wait times and organizing the waiting list.
- General Appearance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience of at least [1 year] in the field of reception or hospitality (restaurants or hotels).
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English for excellent communication with diverse guests.
- Appearance and Etiquette: Good appearance and ability to interact with guests in a refined manner.
