Operations Manager - F&B
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an F&B business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in F&B operations, team management, cost control, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily F&B operations and ensure smooth business performance.
Monitor sales, costs, profitability, and operational KPIs.
Lead and manage F&B teams, including supervisors and outlet staff.
Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and brand standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance.
Monitor inventory, purchasing, wastage, and food costs.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Saudi regulations.
Support new outlet openings, operational improvements, and business expansion.
Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, or related field.
7+ years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Experience managing multiple outlets or large F&B operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, inventory, and P&L.
Proven experience in team leadership and staff development.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of the Saudi F&B market and regulations.
English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.
