Job description

1- Achieve sales growth and meet defined objectives by effectively managing the sales team.

2- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the client base and ensure competitiveness in the market.

3- Oversee recruitment processes for the sales team and monitor the performance of sales representatives, evaluating individual performance.

4- Strengthen the capabilities of the sales team within the company.

5- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

6- Provide reports on sales, revenues, expenses, and realistic forecasts for management.

7- Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully informed about new products and competitive landscape.

8- Create a list of potential clients.

9- Determine and adjust pricing strategies by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

10- Develop sales action plans based on geographical areas.

11- Enhance the collaborative and cooperative environment of the team.

12- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with key clients.

13- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.

14- Provide effective solutions in a timely manner that align with client needs.

Skills

1- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

2- Proven successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, preferably with experience in the insurance sector – 5 to 10 years of experience as a previous manager with proven results.

3- Continuous learning through workshops, seminars, conferences, and professional publications.

4- Excellent skills in coaching, training, and managing individuals.

5- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

6- Proficiency in English speaking and writing.

7- Preferred experience in managing insurance clients.
