ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support financial operations and ensure accuracy in accounting and reporting processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial records supporting project financial tracking and contributing to informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is organized analytical and capable of handling multiple financial tasks efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in daily financial accounting bookkeeping and organization of vouchers to ensure data accuracy
  
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
  
• Review project income and expenditure documents reimbursement requests and ensure compliance with contracts invoices and payment documentation
  
• Assist in project cost tracking income and expenditure registration and management of accounts receivable and payable
  
• Collaborate with project managers to collect and analyze financial data
  
• Provide general financial support and complete additional tasks as assigned
  

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  

Experience

• 24 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  
• Experience in project-based financial operations is a plus

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
