Required: Company Fleet and Vehicle Maintenance Manager – Riyadh

• Managing and following up on the Dyna truck fleet, and organizing periodic and preventive maintenance as well as repairs.

• Preparing a log for each vehicle including mileage, maintenance, breakdowns, spare parts, and all expenses.

• Reviewing fault diagnostics and workshop price quotes, ensuring the necessity of repairs and the quality of their execution.

• Comparing spare parts and service prices, negotiating with workshops and suppliers, and reviewing invoices and warranties.

• Monitoring fuel, oil, and tire consumption, and investigating abnormal expenses and recurring breakdowns.

• Implementing vehicle inspection in coordination with drivers and branch supervisors, and following up on reports until closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Practical experience of not less than 5 years in managing and maintaining light truck and Dyna fleets, preferably Isuzu.

• Good technical knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to evaluate workshop diagnostics.

• Proven experience in cost control, maintenance monitoring, and purchasing.

• Proficiency in using Excel, Fleet Management or ERP systems, and reporting.

• Ability to manage follow-ups with drivers, branch supervisors, and workshops.

• Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits and travel between branches.

• A qualification in Automotive Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, with priority given to practical experience.
