The Role of Stock Controller
Al Rugaib is seeking a Stock Controller to manage inventory operations within the showroom. This full-time role is critical for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound items.
Key Responsibilities
- Control inbound and outbound stock within the showroom.
- Receive stock transfers, then label and price newly received items.
- Process showroom pickup items, including sorting and invoicing.
- Prepare and dispatch items for delivery from the warehouse.
- Cross-match all inventory transactions across physical stock, Wasp, and Dynamics systems.
- Respond to inventory inquiries for reports and counting purposes.
- Perform continuous cycle counting, ensuring at least one full count per quarter.
- Report any discrepancies or violations related to stock.
- Update product prices as required.

Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators including:
- Showroom Accuracy
- Number of Transactions
