The Role: MRP Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking an MRP Supervisor (Manufacturing) to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience. The role involves supervising Supply Planning Supervisors to ensure effective planning and control of stock levels and availability for all materials and ingredients within the CPP manufacturing environment. This is achieved through the use of SAP and analysis of required service levels and working capital budgets, while considering delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, and available storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities and deliverables of Supply Planning Supervisors are completed effectively and on time.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to maintain agreed packaging and ingredient stock levels.
• Liaise with Operations and Purchasing teams to resolve supply issues and manage impacts on material requirement planning (MRP).
• Manage assigned working capital within budget by maintaining optimal stock levels through detailed planning and regular review.
• Schedule deliveries from local suppliers, considering warehouse capacity and space constraints.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and full optimization of the Blow and Injection Moulding facility.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or supply chain planning role.
• Proficiency in using SAP for material planning and stock management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze service levels and manage working capital budgets.
• Experience in coordinating with operations and purchasing teams to resolve supply chain challenges.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al-Kharj, within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role requires close collaboration with various internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
