About the Role: Transport Coordinator
Almarai is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role involves ensuring the timely dispatch of fresh, UHT/Foods, and milk products according to daily and weekly plans. The coordinator will be responsible for accurate documentation and ensuring deliveries reach the correct destinations from operating hubs, contributing to departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely dispatch of fresh, UHT/Foods, and milk products.
- Adhere to daily and weekly dispatch plans.
- Verify accurate documentation for all dispatches.
- Confirm products are sent to the correct destinations from operating hubs.
- Contribute to achieving departmental objectives related to transport and logistics.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Recognized Computer qualification or High School Graduate.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to plan and organize multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English communication, including report writing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
