Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

TAN Gulf is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and work across a diverse portfolio of international food, beverage, wellness and lifestyle brands.

The role will focus equally on social media content and digital marketing, as well as e-commerce, retail, trade marketing and brand activations. We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can bring ideas to life while adapting different brand identities across multiple consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, carousels, reels covers and campaign creatives.

Develop and adapt visual concepts for social media campaigns, product launches, seasonal content and brand storytelling.

Design digital assets for e-commerce, delivery apps and online promotional campaigns, including banners and promotional creatives.

Create marketing and brand materials supporting retail listings, trade marketing and in-store visibility across supermarkets, pharmacies and other retail channels.

Design materials for events, brand activations and promotional campaigns, across both digital and print formats.

Adapt global brand assets and guidelines for the local market while maintaining each brand's visual identity.

Resize and optimize creative assets for different platforms, placements and specifications.

Prepare artwork for digital publishing, print and production.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate briefs and campaign ideas into strong visual communication.

Manage creative work across multiple brands while maintaining consistency, accuracy and deadlines.

Support basic motion graphics and short-form video content when required.

Basic knowledge of website design and content management, with experience using Shopify considered an advantage.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign is a plus.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar motion/video tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Good understanding of social media design, digital advertising and print production.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while still bringing creativity and fresh ideas.
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and fast-moving projects.
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.
• Arabic and English design capability is preferred.
• Portfolio required with application.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is creative, curious and adaptable, with an interest in both social-first content and commercial brand design.

You should be comfortable switching between creating an engaging Instagram post, adapting a campaign for an e-commerce platform, preparing retail artwork, or developing visuals for an event activation — while understanding the purpose and audience behind each piece of work.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can take a brief and bring something to it, not just execute it.
