It Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Purpose: Support the successful planning execution and delivery of IT projects by coordinating stakeholders managing project activities tracking risks and issues and ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IT project activities across the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Monitor project schedules milestones deliverables and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks issues and bottlenecks and proactively drive mitigation actions.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders vendors technical teams and project managers.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports dashboards and management updates.
• Support project governance change management and documentation processes.
• Coordinate contract-related activities including SOWs deliverables tracking vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Utilize project delivery and collaboration tools to manage project workflows and reporting.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate complete and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
• 6 years of experience coordinating or supporting mega IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall Agile or Hybrid).
• Experience on oracle unifier or P6 EPPM or Aconex.
• Experience identifying project pain points and implementing practical solutions to maintain delivery schedules.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira Microsoft Project Azure DevOps Smartsheet Asana or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of IT contracts Statements of Work (SOW) vendor management and project commercial obligations.
• Strong organizational communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• PMP CAPM PRINCE2 Agile Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working with software development infrastructure ERP cloud or digital transformation projects.
