Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Saudi Laundry Supervisor to join our operations team in Jeddah Saudi this role you will oversee all laundry operations manage a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Supervise and manage daily laundry operations.
- Lead train and mentor laundry staff members.
- Monitor work quality and ensure all items meet established standards and customer specifications.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies chemicals and equipment ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Track and report on key performance metrics including productivity quality and labor costs.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues
- Conduct regular staff training on proper techniques safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications :
- Saudi Nationality
- Experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams
- Strong knowledge of laundry processes textile care standards and equipment operation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in quality control and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic budget oversight
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
