We are seeking a highly experienced Chef to join one of our established Facilities Management clients in Saudi Arabia. The role will be based at a remote site and is ideal for a professional with strong experience in high-volume catering and remote-site food operations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and oversee the preparation of high-quality meals in accordance with established menus and standards. • Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation and hygiene. • Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, health and hygiene standards. • Monitor food quality, portion control, wastage and kitchen costs. • Coordinate with kitchen and catering staff to ensure efficient service delivery. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety within the kitchen. • Support menu planning, stock control and inventory management. • Ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule, particularly in a high-volume remote-site environment. • Work closely with the FM/catering management team to maintain client and employee satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably within remote-site catering, camps, facilities management, hospitality or large-scale catering operations. • Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred. • Experience managing high-volume meal production and diverse workforce requirements. • Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards. • Ability to work in a remote-site environment and under demanding operational conditions. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Culinary qualification or relevant professional certification is preferred.
