About the Role

Elbetron Technologies is looking for an AI Engineer to develop and improve production-oriented AI solutions, including AI assistants, RAG systems, NLP, AI analytics, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions.
• Work with LLMs and AI APIs/local models.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines.
• Develop prompt engineering and structured-output workflows.
• Work with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
• Integrate AI models with backend applications.
• Develop AI features for enterprise applications.
• Evaluate model performance and accuracy.
• Work on AI security, reliability, and hallucination reduction.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams.

Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Understanding of machine learning and NLP.
• Experience with LLMs and RAG is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and backend systems.
• Familiarity with Git and Linux.
• Understanding of Docker is an advantage.
• Experience with local/open-source LLMs is a plus.
