We are seeking a highly capable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading international industrial group specializing in the aluminum sector. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized Engineering Technical and Senior Management positions.
• Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards headhunting and specialized databases.
• Conduct screening preliminary assessments and candidate negotiations within designated budget parameters.
• Prepare and monitor key recruitment reports and KPIs (e.g. Time-to-Fill Offer Acceptance Rate Pipeline Status).
• Handle bulk/volume recruitment drives and recruitment events as needed.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven background recruiting for Industrial Manufacturing EPC Construction or Recruitment/Manpower Outsourcing environments.
• Track record of recruiting both engineering/technical roles and corporate/senior management roles.
• Strong closing communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment metrics ATS software and reporting tools
