The Opportunity

As a Sr. Associate Logistics & Freight Management you will support transportation customs compliance and distribution activities for Alcons Saudi Distribution Center. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments customs clearance processes logistics service providers and distribution operations to ensure timely compliant and efficient product delivery across Saudi Arabia. You will also support transportation projects across GEM region (mainly Middle East North Africa).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities and monitor shipment execution.
• Manage customs clearance documentation and act as the key contact with customs authorities using FASAH/ZATCA.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders customs brokers carriers and warehouse teams to ensure operational continuity.

• Support NUPCO shipment processes including ASN bookings and Goods Receipt Management.
• Track deliveries resolve logistics issues and manage customer-specific distribution requirements.
• Review freight invoices validate costs and follow up on discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations SOPs and quality standards.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in logistics transportation freight forwarding customs clearance or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and import/export documentation.
• Experience working with freight forwarders customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Familiarity with FASAH/ZATCA systems.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
