We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, excellent design skills, and the ability to transform ideas and concepts into engaging, high-quality visual content that aligns with the brand identity and business objectives.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading and executing design projects from concept to final delivery, while collaborating closely with marketing, content, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative designs across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistency and proper application of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Lead design projects and establish the appropriate visual direction for each project.
• Translate briefs, concepts, and business requirements into creative and effective visual solutions.
• Review designs and provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to ensure designs support business and communication objectives.
• Prepare and deliver final artwork for digital and print production according to required specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and creative practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• at least 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop and execute strong creative concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is preferred.
