We are looking for an outstanding Executive Director to join our team in Riyadh, to lead and develop the business of specialized dermatology, cosmetics, and laser clinics, and achieve sustainable growth in operational performance and revenue. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading daily clinic operations, developing strategic and commercial plans, enhancing patient experience, attracting distinguished doctors and medical talents to build an integrated medical team, and working to increase revenue and achieve financial and operational targets. We are seeking a leader with experience in managing and operating medical and cosmetic clinics, strong capabilities in business development, team management, performance analysis, and attracting medical talent, along with a clear understanding of the dermatology, cosmetics, and laser market dynamics. Responsibilities: Formulating and executing strategic, operational, and commercial plans for clinics in line with organizational goals. Managing and operating clinics, supervising daily operations, and ensuring performance efficiency. Recruiting doctors, consultants, and specialists in dermatology, cosmetics, and laser, and building a distinguished medical team. Managing relationships with doctors, monitoring their performance, and motivating them to contribute to achieving clinic goals. Developing medical and cosmetic services and proposing new services and programs tailored to market needs. Developing and implementing plans to boost revenue and hit financial targets for the clinics. Analyzing revenue streams and key performance indicators, working to improve sales, booking, and occupancy rates. Monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability, and formulating necessary plans to enhance financial performance. Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinics, doctors, and operational teams. Leading and developing administrative, operational, and medical teams, fostering a work environment based on performance and professionalism. Coordinating with marketing and sales departments to create and execute plans for attracting patients and increasing bookings and revenues. Enhancing the patient experience and improving patient satisfaction and service quality. Monitoring doctors' performance and medical services, analyzing results, and developing improvement plans. Managing negotiations and contracting with doctors, service providers, and partners as needed. Ensuring compliance with approved policies, procedures, and standards within the clinics. Identifying growth and expansion opportunities and submitting recommendations to senior management. Preparing periodic reports for senior management regarding operational, financial, medical, and revenue performance. Monitoring competitors and market trends, identifying opportunities that contribute to clinic growth. Handling operational challenges, solving problems, and making appropriate decisions to ensure business continuity and efficiency. Requirements and Experience: Previous experience in executive management or managing and operating medical clinics, or dermatology, cosmetics, and laser centers. Proven experience in business development, increasing revenue, and achieving targets. Experience in attracting, negotiating with, and managing relationships with doctors and medical talent. Strong ability to manage medical and administrative teams and achieve KPIs. Solid knowledge of the dermatology, cosmetics, laser, and medical aesthetic market. Experience in preparing operational, commercial, and financial plans and monitoring their execution. Strong skills in data analysis and decision-making based on performance indicators. Advanced leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and goals simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
