2. CNC Milling Operator / Programmer [Qty: 1]
3. CNC Lathe Operator / Programmer [Qty: 1]
4. Plastic Injection Mold Maker [Qty: 2]
General Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years and maximum 25 years of proven hands-on experience in mold manufacturing or advanced metal machining facilities.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications (including tolerances).
• Strong troubleshooting skills during the machining/fabrication process to guarantee zero-defect final outputs.

Brief Job Description & Duties

Turner Operator: Responsible for operating and setting up manual and conventional lathe machines to shape cylindrical metal parts and mold components with high precision.
CNC Milling Operator / Programmer: Responsible for writing and modifying G-code/M-code programs, setting up multi-axis milling machines, and machining complex mold cavities and cores.
CNC Lathe Operator / Programmer: Responsible for programming, editing, and operating CNC Lathe machinery, configuring cutting tools, and using micrometers to ensure perfect dimensional accuracy.
Injection Mold Maker: Specialized in assembling, fitting, and finishing injection mold components, performing precision alignment, and troubleshooting molds on injection machines to ensure flawless plastic parts production.
