Role Description:

We are seeking an HR Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in Jeddah. The role is 90% focused on the operational side of the HR function, including daily operations, employee affairs, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily HR operations (Onboarding / Offboarding).
• Prepare and review monthly payroll and process entitlements.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and timekeeping.
• Maintain and update employee files and records in HR systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordinate training and development activities.
• Implement HR policies and administer employee benefits.
• Support performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Prepare HR letters and reports.
• Handle matters with relevant authorities (GOSI / Mudad).
• Support employees and respond to daily inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources (5 – 8 years preferred).
• Solid knowledge of HR principles and practices, with experience in HR Management.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR policies aligned with company standards.
• Experience administering employee benefits and supporting related programs.
• Strong personnel management skills, including maintaining accurate records.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Very good command of English (above intermediate).
• Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage.

نبحث عن أخصائي موارد بشرية بخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات للانضمام إلى فريقنا في جدة. يتركز 90% من نطاق العمل على الجانب التشغيلي (Operational) لقسم الموارد البشرية، بما يشمل العمليات اليومية وشؤون الموظفين والرواتب.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ العمليات اليومية لإدارة الموارد البشرية (Onboarding / Offboarding).
• إعداد ومراجعة الرواتب شهرياً ومعالجة المستحقات.
• إدارة الحضور والانصراف والإجازات.
• تحديث ملفات الموظفين والسجلات في الأنظمة.
• دعم عمليات التوظيف والتأهيل وتنسيق أنشطة التدريب والتطوير.
• تطبيق سياسات الموارد البشرية وإدارة مزايا الموظفين.
• دعم عمليات إدارة الأداء.
• التعامل مع علاقات الموظفين وضمان الالتزام بأنظمة العمل.
• إعداد الخطابات والتقارير الخاصة بالموارد البشرية.
• التعامل مع الجهات ذات العلاقة (التأمينات الاجتماعية / GOSI / مدد).
• دعم الموظفين والإجابة على الاستفسارات اليومية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية (يُفضل 5 – 8 سنوات).
• إلمام قوي بمبادئ وممارسات الموارد البشرية وإدارة الموارد البشرية.
• القدرة على تطوير وتفسير وتطبيق سياسات الموارد البشرية.
• خبرة في إدارة مزايا الموظفين.
• مهارات قوية في إدارة شؤون الموظفين وحفظ السجلات.
• درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
• الإلمام بأنظمة العمل واللوائح المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
• مهارات تواصل وتفاعل فعالة.
• قدرات تنظيمية وحل المشكلات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والسرية.
• مستوى جيد جداً في اللغة الإنجليزية (فوق المتوسط).
• يُفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في قطاع الضيافة أو المطاعم.
