A major recruitment company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announces its desire to hire a professional Finance Manager who possesses sufficient experience to manage complex financial accounts and operations specific to the labor services sector and international contracting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- International Account Management: Supervising financial payments and transactions with external agencies in labor-sending countries.
- Settlements and Bank Guarantees: Following up on bank guarantees, letters of credit, and financial settlements for clients (individuals and the commercial sector).
- Reporting: Submitting financial statements, estimated budgets, and cash flow reports to senior management.
- Tax Compliance: Supervising tax returns (Value Added Tax - VAT) and ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
- Financial Systems Development: Improving documentary workflow and internal controls to ensure reduced operational costs.
- Requirements and Conditions:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably with previous experience in recruitment companies.
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in dealing with accounting software and preparing financial models.
- Language: Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate with external suppliers.
