About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Administrator to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Coordinate training programmes, workshops, orientations, and learning activities, including scheduling, invitations, attendance, and training materials.
• Maintain accurate Learning & Development records, training databases, attendance sheets, and colleague training history.
• Monitor mandatory training completion and follow up with departments and colleagues to ensure timely completion.
• Support the preparation and implementation of monthly and annual training calendars.
• Conduct and support training sessions and learning activities for colleagues in line with Jumeirah standards and departmental requirements.
• Assist with new colleague orientation, onboarding programmes, cross-training, cross-exposure, and other development initiatives.
• Prepare Learning & Development reports, presentations, training statistics, and related documentation as required.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, external providers, and departments to ensure smooth delivery of Learning & Development activities.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources administration, training coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in English & Arabic (verbal & written).
