Senior Sales Consultant – Residential

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our Residential Investments team and drive the sales of residential units while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales journey, from lead qualification to closing and contract execution.
• Engage with leads through digital, walk-in, and broker channels and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and show-unit walkthroughs.
• Present pricing, payment plans, project features, and off-plan opportunities.
• Negotiate within approved pricing and discount limits and achieve individual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other teams regarding contracts, collections, and WAFI requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Support sales events, launches, and exhibitions.
• Ensure a smooth post-sale handover to Customer Experience and Delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a direct customer-facing sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi residential real estate market.
• Experience in off-plan / WAFI residential sales is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• REGA/FAL-related knowledge or certification is a plus.
