Job description

Medical Representative (In-Center) in the wellness and aesthetics center plays a vital role in guiding clients through their beauty journey by providing personalized consultations and promoting skin and hair care services and products. This position is focused on in-center interaction with clients, where the advisor builds trust, understands individual concerns, and recommends the most suitable treatments and home care solutions.

To succeed in this role, must have in-depth knowledge of skincare and haircare protocols, a strong understanding of customer needs, and excellent communication skills. She also plays a key role in achieving sales targets by promoting treatment packages and retail products, while ensuring clients are educated on proper care and the benefits of each service.

This role is essential for creating a high-quality, personalized client experience and supporting the center’s growth through exceptional customer engagement and product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized consultations based on their skin or hair concerns.
• Recommend appropriate treatments, sessions, and home care products tailored to each client’s needs.
• Clearly explain the benefits, usage, and protocols of beauty services and products offered by the center.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all skincare and haircare products and stay updated with new arrivals or formulations.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by promoting packages and retail items effectively.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Coordinate with therapists and front-desk teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to assess satisfaction and offer further recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized consultation and display area.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and consultation techniques.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
3. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. good in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and industry professionals.
7. Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
8. Knowledge of beauty products and skincare treatments.
9. Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
