About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for Senior Laundry Attendant for Laundry to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Handle complex laundry tasks, including delicate fabrics and special treatments, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment, performing minor troubleshooting and reporting issues promptly.
Assist Team Leads in monitoring workflow and ensuring timely completion of laundry operations.
Conduct quality checks on laundered items, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards before delivery.
Support inventory control by tracking linen and uniform usage and reporting shortages.
Train and guide new laundry attendants on proper techniques, safety protocols, and SOP compliance.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
1 – 2 years of experience in relevant field within the international hospitality industry
High School Diploma or Certificate.
Certificate in Laundry Operations or Hospitality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Competency in MS Office applications.
