About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Demi Chef de Partie Saudi Cuisine to support the Chef de Partie in the preparation and production of high-quality Saudi dishes. The ideal candidate should have good culinary skills attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie with daily kitchen preparation and production.

• Prepare and cook Saudi dishes according to standard recipes and instructions.

• Complete mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.

• Maintain consistent quality taste portioning and presentation.

• Assist with the preparation of traditional Saudi dishes and ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation.

• Follow food safety hygiene and HACCP standards at all times.

• Properly store ingredients and prepared products according to FIFO procedures.

• Assist with stock rotation and minimize food waste.

• Support the Chef de Partie during busy service periods.

• Maintain and handle kitchen equipment safely and correctly.

• Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Chef de Partie or Kitchen Management.

Qualifications:

• Culinary Arts or related qualification is preferred.

• 13 years of culinary experience is preferred.

• Basic to good knowledge of Saudi cuisine and cooking techniques.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ability to follow recipes instructions and kitchen procedures.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required.
