Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Civil Site Engineer / Scaffolding Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily execution of civil construction activities according to approved drawings specifications and schedules.
- Supervise erection modification inspection and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
- Ensure scaffolding activities comply with Saudi safety regulations and engineering practices.
- Direct laborers foremen and technicians to maintain site productivity and discipline.
- Conduct regular inspections for quality HSE fall protection and permit-to-work compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants and subcontractors on site activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and monitor material consumption.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution and workforce-related issues.
Required Skills
- Civil Site Supervision manage daily civil works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Scaffolding Supervision inspect and supervise scaffolding erection modification and dismantling.
- HSE Compliance enforce safety procedures fall protection and permit-to-work requirements.
- Labor Management coordinate laborers foremen and technicians.
- Quality Control conduct site inspections and maintain construction quality standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Saudi construction safety regulations.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and subcontractors.
- Strong site reporting and material-monitoring capabilities.
Work Experience Requirements
23 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering and site supervision in Saudi Arabia is specified in the posting. Candidates should have practical exposure to construction-site workforce management and scaffolding safety supervision.
