**International Raem Company** is looking to attract a **real estate sales associate** to enhance its sales team in **Medina Al-Munawara**.
Requirements and Experience:
* Previous experience in **real estate sales**.
* Experience in **sales projects on the map**.
* Familiarity with the stages and procedures of **sales and real estate contracts**.
* Good knowledge of **real estate financing procedures and dealing with banks**.
* Knowledge of **systems and regulations of the property union** is preferred.
* Experience in **customer service and communication**.
* Excellent skills in **communication, persuasion, and negotiation**.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve **sales targets**.
* Proficiency in using **computers and Microsoft Office** applications.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and preparing tables, reports, and customer data tracking.
* Ability to organize and track **customer and sales data** accurately.
