The Role of Business Communications Partner
Saudi Aramco is seeking a Business Communications Partner (BCP) to join the Communication Alignment Division within the Corporate Communications function. This full-time role involves supporting Business Lines by translating business plan objectives and priorities into integrated communications strategies, content campaigns, and event, news, and initiative plans. The BCP will serve as a lead communications interface, ensuring full alignment with the overall Corporate Communication Strategy and Content Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key interface and coordination point for all assigned communications workstreams, managing input from Business Line leadership and the Corporate Communications function.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and research to develop a deep understanding of target audiences and their needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights, including corporate reputation tracking, media analysis, and benchmarking, to inform strategic approaches, business communication objectives, and KPIs.
- Develop comprehensive, multi-channel business communications strategies, incorporating input from leadership and corporate communications team members.
- Create specific messaging and supporting materials, using proof points to validate business communications messages and priorities.
- Develop content such as press releases, key messages, FAQs, factsheets, and strategic briefs for creative content (*, motion infographics, video, website), with input from Business Line and Corporate Communications teams.
- Coordinate with other communications teams to activate business communications strategies through media relations, social media, event management, publishing, internal communications, speechwriting, and other relevant channels.
- Identify and develop a calendar of strategic speaking engagements and opportunities for business leaders and subject matter experts.
- Establish clear business communications objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of communications and external engagement.
Required Experience
- Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
