Job description

Preparation and serving of hot and cold beverages according to established quality standards, while maintaining product quality and cleanliness in the work area, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing coffee and hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards.

- Operating and using coffee preparation equipment and machines correctly.

- Ensuring the quality and freshness of the materials used in beverage preparation.

- Preparing orders and serving them to customers promptly and efficiently.

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the beverage preparation area and equipment.

- Monitoring inventory of beverage materials and supplies and notifying the supervisor when reordering is necessary.

- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards and personal cleanliness.

- Interacting with customers respectfully and professionally, responding to their requests and inquiries.

- Following company policies and procedures and the instructions of the branch manager.

- Collaborating with the team to ensure quick and quality service delivery.

Skills

Experience in preparing coffee and hot and cold beverages.
