We Are Hiring a Sales Representative – Duxiana Luxury Brand
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Saudi Sales Representative to join our team at the premium luxury brand Duxiana.
This role is essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience, expanding our client base, and driving sales growth within the showroom and field operations of Duxiana.

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing professional guidance on Duxiana luxury products.
* Promoting and selling showroom items including high-end mattresses, furnishings, and luxury sleep solutions.
* Completing sales transactions and issuing invoices accurately.
* Managing customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and effectively.
* Following up on special orders with management or factory teams to ensure timely processing and delivery.
* Maintaining showroom organization, cleanliness, and premium product presentation standards.
* Preparing and updating customer records and sales reports.
* Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Ensuring full adherence to customer service standards and Duxiana’s premium brand image.
* Building strong relationships with customers and providing an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in mattress sales, furnishings, or luxury retail brands.
* Strong background in customer service and direct sales.
* Experience working within premium or luxury showroom environments is highly preferred.

Skills & Requirements:
* Suitable age for the role (20–35 years).
* Full-time availability.
* Ability to work inside the showroom and participate in field sales activities.
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
* Professional appearance and excellent customer interaction etiquette.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
* Good computer skills and email handling.
* Strong understanding of customer service principles.
* Strong time-management skills and ability to work within a team.
* Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
* Attention to detail and commitment to showroom organization and presentation.
