Job Description – Logistics Supervisor
Project: King Salman International Airport (KSIA)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 5–7 years
Availability: Immediate Joiner
Location Requirement: Candidates must currently be residing in Riyadh
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join the King Salman International Airport Project.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily logistics activities at the project site, ensuring the efficient movement, delivery, storage, and handling of materials, equipment, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily logistics operations at the project site.
- Coordinate the movement and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
- Supervise loading, unloading, transportation, and material storage activities.
- Coordinate with construction, procurement, warehouse, transportation, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials reach the site on time.
- Supervise drivers, logistics personnel, and transportation activities.
- Coordinate site access, vehicle movement, and delivery routes.
- Ensure proper organization and utilization of storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, and site regulations.
- Identify and resolve daily logistics issues to prevent delays.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, movements, and logistics activities.
- Prepare regular logistics reports and update the project management team.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or major projects.
- Experience in large-scale construction or mega projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site logistics, transportation, material handling, and storage.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Must be currently residing in Riyadh.
- Available to join immediately.
