As an Entry Level Event Specialist you will work closely with senior event coordinators and managers to assist in the seamless execution of a wide variety of events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with clients vendors and venue staff to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Support senior event managers in scheduling and logistics management.
• Prepare event materials including agendas presentations and promotional items.
• Manage registration and attendee communications before and during events.
